Minimum service charge is one (1) hour including travel time.

By placing your order or using our services you agree you have accepted and to be bound by our terms, conditions and policies set forth. If you are a representative of a business/organization you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to our terms, conditions and policies. Terms, conditions and policies are subject to change without notice.

Proposals are estimates only. Orders are to be pre-paid with the total estimated amount; any additional amount due is COD. Recurring services are invoiced monthly/quarterly/yearly and thirty (30) days in advance of the beginning of the month/quarter/year. Any partial month/quarter/year will be pro-rated. Recurring services are automatically renewed and invoiced thirty (30) days in advance of the beginning of the month/quarter/year. Recurring services charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than thirty (30) days old. Cancellation of recurring services require a thirty (30) day minimum notice in writing. FOB origin. US Dollars to be paid by Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or PayPal. You agree to pay for ALL products and ALL services rendered. You are ultimately responsible for ALL required taxes. You authorize Quality Computer Systems to charge your account for the full amount owed. Quality Computer Systems reserves the right to refuse or limit your order for any reason. We reserve the right to discontinue any service for non-payment. Reactivation fee is $30. Returned check fee/chargeback fee is $30 each. Invoices must be paid within 30 days or be charged a late fee of $30 per month or 1.5% interest per month, 18% interest per year, which ever is greater, from the original invoice date, minimum interest finance charge $1.00. Items not claimed within thirty (30) days are forfeited.

Quality Computer Systems makes no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, software compatibility, hardware compatibility or year 2000 compliance. Actual viewable monitor size may differ. Modem, CD and DVD speeds are variable, maximum speed shown. We will enforce our intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law. You agree that Quality Computer Systems total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Quality Computer Systems for the product or service giving rise to Quality Computer Systems liability, even if negligent. In no event shall Quality Computer Systems be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. We hereby expressly disclaim liability and shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential and contingent damages of any kind or nature, including without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of data; or lost profits. All reasonable costs and expenses suffered by Quality Computer Systems in collecting monies due and interest, including but not limited to, attorney's fees and collection agency fees shall be paid by the purchaser. Any dispute arising out of the terms, conditions and policies shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. For purposes of applying Illinois law, this sale shall be deemed to have been entered into and wholly performed in Will County Illinois. All disputes arising from or relating to purchases or any agreement arising to acceptance thereof shall be tried in the courts of Will County in the State of Illinois.
